Team Lead – Fitness Studio Operations

About the role

HOTWORX is seeking a full‑time Team Lead to manage daily operations of its 24‑hour infrared fitness studio in the Greater Panama City Area. You will be the face of the studio, ensuring members receive an exceptional experience while guiding a small team of staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and overall facility standards.
• Address member inquiries, resolve concerns, and promote a motivating workout environment.
• Lead promotional and membership initiatives to drive studio growth.
• Model HOTWORX’s mission by actively engaging with members and supporting team performance.
