Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruitment

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking a Specialist in Talent Acquisition to join its Global People Services team. Working remotely, you will own a portfolio of high‑volume roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end recruitment experience that aligns with the charity’s values and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for an allocated portfolio of global roles, from brief to offer acceptance and handover.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging advertising and direct sourcing as needed.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience at every stage, representing the organization professionally.
• Coordinate interview and assessment processes, ensuring panels are briefed and decisions documented.
• Administer offers and pre‑employment steps in line with SCI policy, escalating complexities when required.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and proactive updates.
• Act as a regional contact point, supporting Country Office HR teams with global TA advisory and knowledge exchange.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with a focus on collaboration and transparency.
• Commitment to upholding SCI’s values and ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
