Talent Acquisition Intern – HR LATAM Team

About the role

Join Pandora's Latin America HR team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will support the recruitment and selection process across multiple markets, helping to build a diverse talent pipeline for the world’s leading jewellery brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment tasks: job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling and onboarding support.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping an organized candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality talent.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and consistent communication.
• Update and use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track hiring processes and candidate records.
• Support the preparation and updating of Talent Acquisition reports for LATAM and global teams.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and comfort interacting with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
