Solution Sales Manager – Residential & C&I (Latin America)

About the role

Huawei is seeking a Solution Sales Manager to drive its residential and commercial & industrial (C&I) photovoltaic‑plus‑battery energy storage (PV‑BESS) business across Latin America. The role combines market intelligence, partner enablement, go‑to‑market planning and end‑to‑end sales support to accelerate growth in a fast‑evolving renewable‑energy market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor PV‑BESS market trends, policy updates, grid regulations and customer needs throughout Latin America and deliver regular insights for regional business planning.
• Design and execute capability‑building programmes for internal teams and channel partners, including product, solution and sales trainings, and track their effectiveness.
• Support GTM strategy by analysing target markets, channel models, customer segmentation and designing sales campaigns, while providing differentiated tactics for frontline teams.
• Provide comprehensive sales assistance to partners and regional sales teams, covering proposal drafting, tender support, presentation material creation, pricing coordination and cross‑functional follow‑up.
• Coordinate closely with product, solution, marketing, service and sales organisations to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and improve channel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, renewable energy, electrical engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PV, BESS, power electronics or the broader renewable‑energy sector, preferably with manufacturers, distributors, EPCs or installers.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong communication skills; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % across Latin America.
