Solar Module Sales Manager – Panama

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Solar Module Sales Manager to lead the growth of our solar PV module business across Panama and the broader Central America region. You will identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive sales performance to meet ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in Central America.
• Conduct detailed market analysis on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitor activity, and distributor performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with distributors, installers, consultants, and other partners, tailoring strategies for each.
• Set quarterly and annual sales targets and implement initiatives to achieve them.
• Support regional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Develop customized proposals for tender requirements, optimizing technical and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to align product delivery schedules.
• Participate in product design reviews and oversee successful product roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the solar module industry, preferably with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
• Proven sales and business development track record.
• Strong decision‑making, financial acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and self‑starter abilities.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
