Social Media Manager - Panama

About the role

As a Social Media Manager you will report to the Head of Social Media and lead the development and execution of social media and community strategies that boost brand presence, engagement and audience growth across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with brand goals, defining key segments, metrics and content pillars.
• Lead user‑generated content campaigns and creator programs that showcase brand advocacy.
• Use advanced social listening and sentiment analysis tools to anticipate reputational risks, spot trends and monitor competitors in real time.
• Create platform‑specific content (text, images, video, interactive) that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand voice.
• Manage team members to deliver content calendars and ensure timely, strategic scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies managing multiple brands and clients.
• Proven ability to design, implement and embed social media strategies that deliver measurable engagement, audience growth and brand visibility.
• Strong data‑driven mindset, using audience insights to shape strategy and optimise campaigns.

Required skills

• Social listening and sentiment analysis tools.
• Content creation for text, image, video and interactive formats.
• Community management and audience engagement techniques.
