Social Media Brand Strategist (Creator Agent)

About the role

Toptal is launching a new venture to support content creators and is looking for a Social Media Brand Strategist who will act as a Creator Agent. You will work directly with senior leadership to onboard, coach, and accelerate the growth of creators across major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one coaching to creators, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and monetisation.
• Analyse creators’ full content plans and assign weekly tasks that improve click‑through, retention, follower growth and engagement metrics.
• Identify and activate brand partnership opportunities once creators achieve strong traction.
• Design, test and document the coaching methodology, creating playbooks and repeatable processes for future agents.
• Collaborate with the General Manager and Operations Director to shape the new business unit from the ground up.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience growing accounts on YouTube, Instagram or TikTok.
• Deep understanding of content scaling, packaging, and commercial readiness.
• Ability to analyse performance data, set clear goals and move quickly in an early‑stage environment.
• Strong communication skills and a builder‑mindset.
