Social Content Producer - AI-Enabled

About the role

If nostalgic cartoons and the absurd side of TikTok speak to you, Storm Ideas is looking for a Social Content Producer who can spot funny, unexpected moments and turn them into deliverable ideas. You will blend creative ideation with day‑to‑day production management, using AI tools as an integral part of the workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Pitch social ideas, write clear briefs and coordinate with clients, editors and designers to meet shared deadlines.
• Develop rough visual concepts or simple assets when briefs call for hands‑on contribution.
• Use AI agents to delegate research, brief preparation, feedback consolidation and production planning, then validate outputs.
• Maintain production schedules, track dependencies, organise assets and ensure accurate project records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback and ensuring trust through clear communication.

Required profile

• Strong creative judgment, communication and organisational skills; ability to spot humor and storytelling opportunities.
• Experience coordinating moving parts of a project, prioritising work and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Comfort using AI tools to carry out substantial pieces of work, with the ability to direct, review and refine outputs.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment and a habit of improving processes and documenting reusable workflows.
