Senior QA Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior QA Auditor at BairesDev, you will lead operational audits to ensure high‑quality standards and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to identify inefficiencies and functional gaps.
• Develop and maintain scorecards and KPIs to monitor performance trends.
• Produce structured documentation and reports that outline audit findings and remediation plans.
• Lead periodic internal reviews to keep processes aligned with business requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize workflows and strengthen overall compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Operational Auditing.
• Proven expertise in auditing methodology, scorecards, and KPI development.
• Hands‑on experience creating structured documentation for operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in compliance or TA Ops.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
