Senior Product Manager – AI & Creative Products (PropTech & Luxury Real Estate)

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of a new suite of AI‑powered creative and marketing products for a high‑end real‑estate and media brokerage. Reporting to the CTO, you will bridge creative services and scalable product development, shaping tools for internal designers and self‑serve platforms for real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for AI‑driven creative tools, setting KPIs for adoption, quality, speed, and revenue impact.
• Identify generative AI opportunities across text, image, video, and audio, and partner with engineering to bring models into production with strict quality and brand safeguards.
• Map and optimise intake‑to‑delivery workflows for designers and media producers, removing bottlenecks and aligning with agent needs.
• Lead sprint planning, discovery sessions, and cross‑functional collaboration with executive, legal, studio, and engineering teams.
• Use analytics platforms (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to monitor user behaviour, feature usage and platform performance, informing iterative improvements.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in SaaS environments, preferably with AI or creative‑technology products.
• Strong product intuition, creative judgment and the ability to translate agency or studio workflows into scalable software.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑enabled tools that drive business outcomes.
