PMIS IT Support Personnel

About the role

AECOM is seeking a PMIS IT Support Personnel to provide technical supervision and support for project management information systems in Panama City. The role involves managing small to medium projects and contributing to departmental planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provides technical supervision and assists in managerial functions for assigned personnel.
• Manages small to medium‑size projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Participates in project scoping, resource management, and coordinates project assignments.
• Defines and monitors project budgets and develops business policies and procedures.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with at least 6 years of experience or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT support or project management.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
