Senior Marketo Operations Expert

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketo Operations Expert to join our global MarTech team. You will own the end‑to‑end setup of Marketo programs, manage complex data flows and help drive digital transformation for B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Marketo smart campaigns, segmentations and assets.
• Collaborate with the data team to filter, purge and optimise data moving in and out of Marketo.
• Maintain webhooks, CRM syncs and other integrations across the MarTech stack.
• Apply Buying Groups and ABM concepts to align the platform with client business models.
• Learn and adopt Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) technologies.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of hands‑on Marketo Engage administration in a B2B enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with enterprise‑level implementations and bi‑directional integrations.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, Buying Groups and ABM structures.
• Ability to work independently, solve technical challenges and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Marketo Engage (Smart Campaigns, Email 2.0, Dynamic Content, Tokens, Snippets, Segmentations, Velocity Scripting).
• HTML/CSS for email and landing‑page customization.
• JavaScript for advanced tracking and API integrations.
• API integrations, webhook configuration and RESTful services.
• SQL/database query languages, ETL concepts and data integration patterns.
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) knowledge.
