Senior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to drive business development and manage key client relationships across financial institutions, fintechs, and merchants. You will act as the primary face of Mastercard Services to senior stakeholders, shaping value propositions and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales cycles for Services, from prospecting to contract execution.
• Develop and refine value propositions for new and existing service capabilities.
• Maintain direct revenue and account ownership for targeted segments.
• Collaborate with Mastercard account teams to align on strategic imperatives.
• Partner with Client Services teams for joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Coach and provide feedback to project team members.
• Support problem‑solving and structuring of project work.

Required profile

• Proven consultative sales management experience, preferably in payments or related services.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Comfort presenting to C‑suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
