About the role

Join Pandora's Latin America team as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, driving the cluster commercial finance function for the LATAM region. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance management to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the cluster FP&A function, managing planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver insight and analysis on cluster and market performance, identifying key drivers.
• Sign‑off action plans with market business partners for off‑track categories.
• Finalize standard reporting for the cluster in collaboration with the Reporting CoE.
• Drive strategic and Capex planning, setting targets and validating priorities with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar FP&A role within a global organization.
• Background in retail, fashion or FMCG industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• High energy, strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work in an international, “One Global Team” environment.
