Senior Industry Solutions Consultant

About the role

Caterpillar is seeking a Senior Industry Solutions Consultant to act as the subject‑matter expert for Landscaping and Snow product segments. You will partner with customers, dealers, field teams and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes, improve job‑site performance and shape product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the expert for BCP/Caterpillar solutions, monitoring industry trends, competitive activity and emerging technologies.
• Identify market opportunities and customer challenges, representing Caterpillar at trade associations, conferences and key customer events.
• Develop integrated solutions (product, technology, aftermarket services, attachments) aligned to customer outcomes and create differentiated value propositions.
• Support strategic Managed Accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders and enabling field reps and dealers through training and solution‑selling guidance.
• Travel up to 75% of the time to engage with customers, dealers and industry partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar Building Construction Products (BCP) equipment or related construction industry products.
• Proven experience working directly with customers, dealers or sales teams in the Landscaping and Snow segments, using data to identify opportunities and influence product decisions.
