Senior Implementation Associate – Private Funds

About the role

We are building a near‑shore implementation team for a U.S. fintech client in the private funds sector. As a Senior Implementation Associate you will work remotely from Latin America, collaborating closely with the client’s U.S. implementation, product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end implementation of financial workflows for a single entity or a substantial portion of a multi‑entity project.
• Identify edge cases, propose solutions and resolve issues without constant escalation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Associates on specific tasks.
• Partner cross‑functionally with U.S. teams, surfacing testing and implementation findings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• At least 1 year in the private funds industry as a fund accountant, operations professional or implementation specialist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort managing large, complex data sets.
