Senior Front-End Engineer - Publishing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Front‑End Engineer to create high‑performance, customer‑facing applications for a leading audiobook publisher. You will work closely with product designers to turn data‑dense requirements into intuitive dashboards and analytics interfaces, while building scalable component systems that support rapid delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop and maintain front‑end applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers to refine UX/UI beyond static Figma specifications.
• Build, document and maintain reusable UI components and design systems with Storybook.
• Create dynamic dashboards, data tables, charts and financial/analytics visualisations.
• Communicate technical trade‑offs, risks and optimisation opportunities early in the development cycle.
• Break down ambiguous requirements and deliver incremental value quickly.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Front‑End Engineer.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Strong product sense and ability to contribute to design decisions.
• Proven experience building reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Comfort with data‑visualisation and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
