Saviynt L3 Engineer / Senior IAM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Saviynt L3 Engineer to lead advanced administration, support, and enhancement of our Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform. The role serves as the highest level of operational and technical support, ensuring stability, security, and compliance across the organization’s IAM ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 incident and problem management for Saviynt production issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Administer and maintain the Saviynt platform, managing security systems, entitlements, roles, policies, and system performance.
• Configure and support access certifications, SoD policies, and audit evidence to meet regulatory standards.
• Design, configure, and maintain integrations with enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, REST APIs, web services, and database connectors.
• Develop and troubleshoot provisioning workflows, business rules, custom use cases, and advanced SQL queries for analytics.
• Implement configuration changes, enhancements, and continuous service improvements, supporting testing and production deployments.
• Create and maintain dashboards, compliance reports, and operational analytics for management insight.
• Collaborate with IAM architects, application owners, security stakeholders, auditors, and Saviynt support teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Saviynt or similar IGA platforms at an L3 support level.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
