Salesperson – Food Packaging Solutions

About the role

Globe Packaging is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Panama City team. You will drive new business and nurture existing relationships with food brands, restaurants, and food‑service operators across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients in the food and packaging sectors.
• Present tailored packaging solutions, prepare quotes and proposals, and close deals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate schedules and on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to product and service improvements.
• Represent Globe Packaging at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven consultative selling experience with B2B clients, preferably in food or packaging.
• Strong ability to explain packaging materials, compliance, and cost considerations.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and pipeline‑management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders across the Americas.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Panama City and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
