Salesforce Developer & Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile technical team supporting a global audiobook publisher. The role balances daily operational enhancements with strategic initiatives such as a telephony platform migration and expanding Experience Cloud capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design solutions using declarative configuration or custom code (LWC, Apex) based on business requirements.
• Build and optimize complex automations, workflows, and custom capabilities.
• Program and support Lightning Web Components and Apex code.
• Execute data integrations between Salesforce and external platforms or APIs.
• Lead the migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, rebuilding related integrations and automations.
• Drive Experience Cloud initiatives and ongoing system enhancements.
• Document technical decisions and manage tickets in Jira.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to decide between declarative configuration and custom development.
• Experience delivering complex projects independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with Genesys integrations and CTI platforms such as Talkdesk.
• Comfort documenting technical decisions and using Jira for workflow management.
