Sales Executive – Packaging & Warehouse Solutions

About the role

PSA Tapes is looking for dynamic Sales Executives to expand its market presence in Panama. You will prospect new clients, build long‑term business relationships, and drive sales of packaging and warehouse products across three key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture business relationships in line with PSA Tapes’ vision and values.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calls, personal visits and follow‑up meetings.
• Achieve progressive sales targets set by the company.
• Promote, advise and sell the company’s product portfolio.
• Handle client complaints and ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and product trends.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, bids and related sales documentation.
• Support logistics tasks such as messaging, collections, deliveries and bank deposits when needed.
• Submit daily activity reports and periodic sales forecasts.
• Participate in training sessions and feedback meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging or warehouse solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Own a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Own a laptop or desktop computer.
• Willingness to travel across Panama Centro, Panamá Oeste and Colón.
