About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Agent to join our team in Panama City. The role focuses on renting and selling vehicles, providing excellent service to customers, and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers in both English and Spanish, understanding their needs and offering suitable vehicle rental or purchase options.
- Process rental agreements, manage paperwork, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue through effective upselling and cross‑selling.
- Provide timely solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 23 years old.
- Valid Type C driver’s license.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
