Sales Consultant – B2B US Market

About the role

We are a boutique business consultancy supporting construction and engineering companies across the United States. Based in Panama City, the Sales Consultant will convert pre‑qualified leads into signed consulting engagements and act as a strategic partner for U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on warm client leads and secure new consulting engagements.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives and business needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Identify and present tailored solutions that align with client goals.
• Conduct professional consultations and assessments.
• Coordinate projects and ensure successful outcomes from start to finish.

Required profile

• Fluent and confident in English (native/bilingual level, no strong accent).
• Strong sales, consultancy and/or business development skills.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or having worked in the U.S.
