Sales Account Director – Telecommunications Operators

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Sales Account Director to manage our key client, Liberty Latin America (LLA), across Panama and LATAM. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through tailored solutions and competitive bidding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the LLA account, strengthening relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to create tailored solutions and competitive commercial proposals.
• Participate actively in competitive bidding processes, prepare tender proposals, and respond to RFPs.
• Monitor market trends, telecom technologies, and competitor activity to define action plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of sales, account management or business development experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts with telecom operators, preferably Liberty Latin America.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and ability to work in multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
