About the role

We are seeking a Sales Representative specialized in polyolefins (PP & PE) to drive the growth of our polymer portfolio in Panama. The role involves promoting polypropylene and polyethylene products to industrial customers, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers in the plastics and manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts by providing product information and technical support.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the polymer or plastics industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of the polypropylene and polyethylene markets.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to work in a global organization.
