About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to lead medical visits and drive sales of ethical pharmaceutical products across Panama City and central provinces. The role focuses on building relationships with private‑sector healthcare providers and delivering results through strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular medical visits to clinics, medical centers, and private practices.
• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, with a focus on analgesics.
• Track and analyze performance indicators, prepare monthly reports, and assess competitor activity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and sales activities.

Required profile

• Graduated in a health‑related field (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Bioanalysis, Medicine, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in medical visits and ethical product sales.
• Proven experience selling to private‑sector healthcare providers.
• Valid medical visit authorization for Panama and a current driver’s license with own vehicle.
• Resident of Panama City with availability to travel within the metropolitan area and central provinces.
