Reporting Specialist – Business Partner for Latin America

About the role

As a Reporting Specialist you will act as a trusted business partner for our Latin America operations, turning raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to design and deliver reporting solutions that support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and BI tools using Power BI.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end reporting projects, from requirement gathering through testing, implementation and follow‑up.
• Analyze performance trends and operational data to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Prioritise reporting requests to focus resources on high‑value opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to improve data availability, reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
• Support monthly closing and recurring business review reporting activities.
• Drive automation and process optimisation to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in reporting, business analytics, financial or commercial analysis.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong business acumen and the capacity to translate needs into data‑driven solutions.

Required skills

• Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Python for data processing and analysis.
• Power Automate or similar automation tools.
