Remote Property Manager

About the role

AllView Real Estate is seeking a self‑motivated Remote Property Manager to serve as the connective tissue between tenants, owners, vendors, and the internal property management team. Working from anywhere, you will keep records up‑to‑date, move maintenance requests forward, and ensure deadlines are met across Southern California portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain accurate property, tenant, and vendor records in the AppFolio system.
• Track maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with the remote team to meet service standards and compliance requirements.
• Support AllView’s residential and commercial property management operations across Southern California.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented without needing constant supervision.
• Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple issues simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
