Regional Field Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Field Marketing Manager drives Red Bull’s Consumer Collecting program across university campuses, ensuring the brand’s visibility and availability. You will coach Field Marketing Managers and Specialists, lead cultural events, and support strategic playgrounds in sports and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional field marketing strategy, aligning with global Red Bull objectives.
• Set clear goals for Consumer Collecting, playground events, and cultural initiatives, and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales to boost both mental and physical availability of Red Bull in on‑premise, off‑premise and new business environments.
• Lead the Student Marketing program, coaching student marketeers on sampling, seeding and brand communication.
• Manage budgets for sampling and university programs, working closely with finance and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, authorities, sports and cultural leaders, and media outlets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in brand, sports/events or culture marketing.
• 3+ years of line‑management experience, including hiring, training and performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to negotiate, manage projects and control budgets.
• Strategic thinker with a strong “can‑do” attitude and excellent networking skills.
• Experience working alongside commercial teams such as sales or trade marketing.
