Quality, CSR & Sustainability Director – Americas

About the role

Lacoste is seeking a senior leader to drive quality, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability across its Americas supplier network. The role combines strategic oversight of product compliance, responsible sourcing, and footwear sourcing to protect brand reputation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and functional leadership for Quality, Product Compliance, Responsible Sourcing Compliance, Sustainability and Footwear Sourcing across the Americas.
• Establish integrated regional governance to safeguard product integrity, consumer safety, regulatory compliance and market access.
• Define and execute the regional Supplier Quality and Product Compliance strategy, enhancing supplier capability and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability agenda, managing social and environmental risks, traceability and responsible material use.
• Develop the regional Footwear Sourcing strategy aligned with global objectives, ensuring a resilient, cost‑competitive supplier portfolio.
• Own the integrated supplier risk and performance framework, providing executive visibility, escalation protocols and business continuity.
• Serve as senior regional escalation point, delivering decisions on supplier eligibility, remediation and critical‑risk issues.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in quality, compliance, CSR or sustainability within a global, matrix‑organized company.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance, risk management and regulatory requirements in the apparel and footwear sectors.
• Ability to influence multicultural, multidisciplinary teams and drive strategic initiatives across regions.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills for high‑visibility stakeholder engagement.
