Quality Control Administrator

About the role

The Quality Control Administrator is a remote, full‑time contractor responsible for the final review and delivery of all photography and videography assets produced by our team. Working closely with the Nashville‑based admin and photography staff, you will ensure every image meets our luxury brand standards before reaching clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough quality‑control checks on MLS and editorial photos, correcting color, exposure, white balance and retouching using Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.
• Draw and add property lot lines to drone images, verifying parcel boundaries with Regrid and confirming address details in the HD Photo Hub.
• Apply AI‑powered enhancements with Higgs Field, including virtual twilight conversion, virtual staging and green‑grass replacement.
• Organize, sequence and upload complete media packages—including floor plans, Zillow 3D tours, Matterport tours and video files—into client delivery pages.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in photo editing and post‑production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written English communication.
• Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Ability to learn new tools and workflows quickly.

What we offer

• Independent contractor role at $12 USD per hour.
