About the role

We are seeking a Senior Python + Django Technical Leader to drive the design and delivery of high‑performance web applications. The role blends hands‑on development with technical leadership, mentoring engineers and ensuring best‑in‑class architecture across our remote teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Python and Django.
• Mentor development teams on code quality, architectural decisions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for Django‑based systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Python and the Django framework.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, databases, and backend development best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Advanced level of English.
