Public Relations Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Public Relations Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Leader, you will ensure client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing and PR client accounts, building and maintaining detailed project timelines.
• Hold internal teams accountable for execution, deadlines, and deliverable quality.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and client‑facing teams to ensure strategic alignment and prevent scope creep.
• Maintain project documentation, workflows, and resource organization.
• Support broader operational and project‑management initiatives across the organization.
• Participate in client meetings and communications, especially for smaller accounts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project‑management experience.
• 2+ years supporting marketing teams or working within a marketing, advertising, PR, or digital agency.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and risk‑assessment capability.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana (strong plus).
