Provider Outreach Specialist – No Experience Required

About the role

Join LBAPS as a Provider Outreach Specialist, where your friendly phone voice will help build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and community providers. No prior healthcare or B2B experience is required – we provide full paid training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors' offices, clinics, and provider partners.
• Introduce LBAPS services and establish new referral relationships.
• Follow up with existing contacts to maintain strong partnerships.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate provider touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate outreach and referral records.
• Escalate clinical or contractual questions to a supervisor when needed.

Required profile

• A warm, clear, and professional phone voice.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Comfort learning new computer systems and CRM tools.
• Reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual ability or prior CRM/healthcare admin experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
