Bilingual Sales Agent – US Market (Panama)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Panama focuses on bilingual sales and telesales for the US market. You will engage both inbound and outbound callers, delivering high‑level customer service while driving sales of premium products.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing bilingual customer service and sales support.
• Promote products and services to prospective and existing customers, identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Document interactions in call‑center systems and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 English proficiency (C2/native preferred) and fluent Spanish.
• At least 2 years of direct, target‑based sales experience and 1 year of outbound cold‑calling.
• Stable employment history (minimum 12 months per employer) and authorized to work in Panama.
• Extroverted, self‑confident and able to handle rejection.

Required skills

• CRM systems (HubSpot, JustCall, Aircall, Shopify).
• Computer literacy with email and office applications.
