Provider Outreach Specialist

About the role

LBAPS is looking for a friendly, outgoing professional to become the voice of our services to doctors, clinics and community providers. You will help expand our referral network by making outbound calls, introducing our offerings, and maintaining strong relationships with provider partners.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors' offices, clinics and other provider partners.
• Introduce and explain LBAPS services to generate new referral relationships.
• Follow up with existing contacts to keep partnerships active and productive.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate touchpoints with providers.
• Maintain accurate outreach and referral records in the CRM system.
• Escalate clinical or contractual questions to a supervisor when needed.

Required profile

• A warm, clear and professional phone voice.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Reliability and strong attention to detail.
• Comfort with learning new computer systems and CRM tools.
• Bilingual ability or prior experience in CRM/healthcare administration is a plus.

• CRM software usage.
