About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Project Manager to support various technology projects, working with engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes and maintain quality standards.
• Foster good communication within teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Track project performance and manage budgets.
• Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Support technology implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in project management or related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good English level, both written and spoken.
