Pharmacovigilance Intern (Panama)

About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Intern will support drug safety activities across multiple countries, working under the guidance of a manager or designated colleague. This role involves handling safety case management, documentation, and reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with local drug safety processes and collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Support day‑to‑day safety case management, including intake, tracking, translation, acknowledgments, and follow‑up of adverse event reports.
• File, store, and archive safety‑related and regulatory documentation electronically and on paper.
• Report adverse events, product quality complaints, and other safety information in line with company policy.
• Complete required training and assist with scientific and medical literature review when needed.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Pharmacy degree, in the final semesters.
• Intermediate‑advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong command of the local language.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
