Pharmacovigilance Intern (Panama)

About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Intern will support drug safety activities across supported countries, working under the guidance of a manager or designated colleague. This role involves handling safety case management, documentation, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day safety case management, including intake, tracking, translation, acknowledgments, and follow‑up of adverse event reports.
• Support filing, storage, and archiving of safety‑related and regulatory documentation in electronic and paper formats.
• Report adverse events, product quality complaints, and other safety‑related information in line with the Patient Safety Policy.
• Help with local scientific and medical literature review and assessment as required.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Pharmacy degree and in the final semesters of the program.
• Intermediate‑Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) and strong command of the local language.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
