About the role

Aurora is looking for an Operations Intern to gain hands‑on experience in international logistics. You will support the operational team while learning the full cycle of freight forwarding, from booking to file closure.

Key responsibilities

• Open and update files in the internal system.
• Track shipments and keep ETA/ETD information current.
• Organize and review shipping documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and suppliers.
• Maintain system data and follow up on pending tasks.
• Assist with import and export documentation processes.
• Monitor release procedures and required paperwork for each operation.
• Support billing and file closure activities.
• Prepare operational reports and control documents.
• Gradually learn the complete maritime and air freight process.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the final semesters of Logistics, Multimodal Transport, International Trade, International Business, Maritime Operations, or related technical programs.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Strong service attitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and document handling.
