NetSuite Reporting & Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Reporting & Business Analyst who can independently navigate NetSuite from day one. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, dashboard development and business intelligence to support operational and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimise NetSuite Saved Searches across multiple business functions.
• Develop custom reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards within NetSuite.
• Generate and analyse Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reporting.
• Build sales, revenue, customer and operational performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Support leadership with ad‑hoc reporting requests and business analysis.
• Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements to increase visibility and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on NetSuite experience.
• Advanced proficiency with NetSuite Saved Searches and custom reporting.
• Strong understanding of A/R, A/P, sales and financial reporting concepts.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot reporting issues and present findings to stakeholders.

Required skills

• NetSuite (Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, custom reports, dashboards)
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
