Medical Manager – Hematology (Andean, Central America & Caribbean)

About the role

Novartis is seeking a Medical Manager specialized in Hematology to lead scientific excellence across the Andean, Central America, and Caribbean regions. You will act as a trusted scientific ambassador, building relationships with medical experts and translating evidence into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑quality scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Design and deliver medical education initiatives, congress activities, and learning programs aligned with therapeutic priorities.
• Generate and translate insights from scientific interactions into strategic inputs for medical plans.
• Support evidence generation through research feasibility assessments and scientific publications.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned execution of medical strategies.
• Integrate clinical and patient‑relevant evidence into market‑access discussions and dossiers.
• Represent Novartis at congresses, advisory boards, and external forums while ensuring compliance with medical governance and local regulations.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in life sciences.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Solid experience in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Strong scientific credibility and ability to engage in peer‑to‑peer discussions.
• Deep understanding of medical governance, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic mindset with autonomy and professionalism.
