MarTech Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a MarTech Solutions Architect to join Apply Digital’s Marketing Services division. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated marketing technology stacks for a diverse portfolio of consumer and entertainment brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementations of CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing automation systems, including documentation, planning and requirement writing.
• Identify business challenges and recommend technology solutions, designing complete MarTech stacks from scratch.
• Provide detailed specifications to internal technical teams and collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage implementation projects, maintain clear communication with clients, and act as a subject‑matter expert in sales presentations and client meetings.
• Support marketing analytics and reporting, and translate user‑journey insights into technical requirements.

Required profile

• Committed to a full‑time career in MarTech, AdTech, or product development.
• Willingness to grow with the company and work with clients across North America and Europe.
• Based in Canada (ET/PT) or Spain with availability to overlap with Eastern or Pacific time zones.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and omnichannel messaging.
• Ability to map user journeys, events, and states for marketing automation.
