Senior ServiceNow Consultant

About the role

DXC is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specialized in Asset Management and AI (Now Assist) to join its Managed Services team. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Asset Management solutions within an ITSM‑centric Managed Services environment and works directly with a US‑based client.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑lifecycle Asset Management solutions (request, procurement, reuse, retirement) covering HAM and SAM.
• Configure and optimise ServiceNow Asset Management, Asset Workspace, and Enterprise Asset Management modules.
• Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Support Managed Services activities: enhancements, backlog items, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and roadmap execution.
• Integrate asset data with ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM, including discovery, normalization and data governance.
• Develop integrations with external ERP and procurement systems using REST/SOAP and MID Server.
• Build workflows with Flow Designer and create dashboards/KPIs for asset visibility and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow background, including 3+ years in Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• Experience in Managed Services or ITSM‑focused environments and continuous‑improvement delivery.
• CSA certification mandatory; CIS‑HAM, CIS‑SAM, CAD and ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Fluent English and proven ability to work with US‑based stakeholders.
