About the role

As a Luxury Experience Designer you will craft unforgettable travel journeys for high‑end clients, turning their aspirations into bespoke itineraries. This role blends creativity, deep travel knowledge, and meticulous organisational skills to deliver seamless, memorable experiences from the first consultation to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations to uncover each client’s travel identity and preferences.
• Design and produce fully customised itineraries, covering transfers, accommodations, activities and special requests.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with premium hotels, airlines and luxury service providers.
• Execute all booking elements with precision, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Provide proactive, high‑touch client service throughout the travel lifecycle.
• Drive client retention and referrals through relationship building and post‑trip engagement.
• Collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams to guarantee a flawless end‑to‑end experience.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience curating luxury travel for DMCs, tour operators or travel agencies.
• Passion for travel and a keen eye for destination details.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in travel technology platforms.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry tools.
