Logistics & Planning Specialist

About the role

Join Pandora’s Latin America team as a Logistics & Planning Specialist, responsible for end‑to‑end visibility of logistics performance across the region. You will enable data‑driven decisions, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement for B2C, retail, and direct shipment flows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain logistics performance dashboards, shipment trackers and KPI reporting, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights on trends, risks and deviations.
• Monitor end‑to‑end order flow across LATAM, support escalation management for lost shipments, delays and customs issues, and conduct root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Support regional logistics initiatives such as Direct Shipment, B2C carrier implementation and POSM flows, identify process inefficiencies and drive standardisation across markets.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Security and market teams, track vendor performance (3PLs, carriers, couriers), ensure SLA alignment and act as a coordination point between regional and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply‑chain role.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
• High level of accountability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Structured, organised working style with strong analytical thinking.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset, actively seeking process optimisation.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting, data modelling).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP or equivalent.
