About the role
The Financial Normativity Leader will support the financial and accounting operations of Cervecería Nacional, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable accounting standards and internal procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily financial and accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and operational processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to support accurate financial data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- CPA certification is desirable but not mandatory.
- Minimum three years of experience in financial or accounting roles.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
- Analytical ability to produce detailed financial analyses.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑department interaction.
- Attention to detail and teamwork orientation.
