Latam Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities for our Latin America operations. Based in Panama with a hybrid work model, you will partner with internal stakeholders and global teams to drive cost‑effective, compliant procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycles for assigned categories and projects.
• Collaborate with business units to define sourcing needs and specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms.
• Support contract negotiations and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyse spend data to uncover cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal partners.
• Track procurement metrics and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Work closely with regional and global teams on strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or purchasing (direct‑category experience only is not accepted).
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Advanced English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
