Key Account Manager – Clubs (Panama)

About the role

American Foods is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead the commercial strategy for the Club channel across LATAM. You will own the P&L, drive growth, and manage senior merchant relationships while delivering innovative solutions for club retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Annual Business Plan and quarterly playbooks.
• Lead pricing, proposal creation, margin management, and product mix optimization.
• Negotiate new listings, strategic expansions, and contracts with club chains.
• Serve as the senior commercial contact for club merchants, conducting category and line reviews and presenting innovation pipelines.
• Manage the item lifecycle, including introductions, transitions, and phase‑outs.
• Coordinate with Key Account Specialists on item setup, labeling, registrations, forecasts, promotions, and out‑of‑stock issues.
• Support the Director with escalations and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Key Accounts, Category Management, or Commercial roles, preferably within club or retail environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven P&L management.
• Experience handling item setup, registrations, and cross‑functional execution.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
