Key Account Lead

About the role

PayJoy is seeking a proactive Key Account Lead to manage and grow relationships with Tier 1, Segment A clients. You will act as the primary liaison between strategic customers and internal teams, ensuring high satisfaction and driving profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with a dedicated portfolio of major accounts, consistently exceeding category growth rates.
• Develop and execute annual, semi‑annual and monthly sales plans tailored to each strategic client.
• Identify new growth opportunities, emerging market trends, and untapped sales channels.
• Champion product and portfolio expansion by introducing new SKUs and innovative solutions.
• Monitor core KPIs such as underwritings, First Payment Defaults, active stores, vintage gross margin and trade investment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial account management experience, preferably in fintech, telecom, OEM, or financial services.
• Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑changing environment.
